Terms of service

Order Requests & Changes
Customers may submit requests regarding their order (such as preferences, special notes, or order modifications) up until the order has been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled, packed, or prepared for shipment, no additional changes or requests can be accommodated.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase. After this 30-minute window, all sales are considered final and orders can no longer be canceled.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms.
